𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐰 presents 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬 and 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬, a multimedia collaboration by 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, artists and curators from Kolkata, and women from fishing and farming communities in the Sundarbans, a severely climate impacted fragile delta in West Bengal. Featuring experimental sari textiles that convey the women’s narratives about their food sources under threat, this project imagines women-led models of resilience. With handcrafted books, handmade paper from plants, paintings, and films.
